U.S. makes final anti-dumping ruling on carbon alloy steel screws in Taiwan

Guide: On December 4, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced a positive final anti-dumping ruling on carbon and carbon steel threaded rods imported from Taiwan: the dumping rate for Taiwanese manufacturers / exporters was 32.26 %. The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) is expected to make a final ruling on anti-dumping industry damages on products imported from Taiwan from January 17, 2020. This case involves products under the United States Harmonized Tariff Headings 7318.15.5051, 7318.15.5056, and 7318.15.5090 and some products under the headings 7318.15.2095 and 738.19.0000.
